  • What is the Minimum Order quantity?
    Our minimum retail order quantity is 1KG and, in bulk 100 KG.
  • Do you provide samples?
    Yes, we provide physical samples. The customer will pay the charges for the herbs sample.
  • Where are you from?
    We are from Neemuch, Madhya Pradesh. Neemuch is a prominent trading Centre of herbs in India and is the only Agricultural produce market committee (APMC) of herbs.
  • Which herbs do you have?
    We have a more comprehensive range of dry herbs like Ashwagandha, Amla, Shatavari, Arjun Bark, Chia Seeds, Chamomile, Bhringaraj, Brahmi, Dry Ginger, Dry Rose Petals, Hibiscus flower, Harad, Kaunch Seeds, Indigo Leaves, Lemongrass, Red Ber, Neem Leaves, Qunioa Seeds, Holy Basils, Henna Leaves, Reetha, Shikakai, Mulethi, Moringa, Chitrak, and many more herbs.
  • What do you sell, powder or whole herb?
    We provide both powder and whole herb, per the customer's requirements.
  • Do you Cultivate herbs?
    No, we do not cultivate herbs. We are stockists and traders of dry herbs.
  • What would be the sources of delivery of the goods?
    We do delivery of the goods by courier and transportation.
  • Do you accept cash on delivery?
    We do not accept cash on delivery because our company policy is advance payment only.
  • What would be the payment method?
    You can pay through Indiamart, Google Pay, Paytm, and Amazon Pay. And after payment, you must share your payment detail.
  • In what kind of packaging will the material be supplied?
    We pack the material in PP Bags and Jute Bags as the client requires. Besides, we safely pack the material to ensure the goods arrive safely.
  • Do you have fresh herbs?
    No, we do not have fresh herbs. We do only work with dry herbs.
  • When we get the tracking details of the dispatch consignment?
    Yes, as soon as possible, we will share the tracking details once the goods are dispatched.
  • Do I have to share my Whatsapp contact to get further inquiries?
    Yes, it would be best if you shared your Whatsapp contact so that we can share our current available stock photos, company details, product catalogue, price of the material, and payment methods.
  • How do I get the product list & details?
    You can get our product list & details via email or Whatsapp.
  • Who will pay for the transportation?
    Customers will bear the charges for the transportation.
  • How much GST is applicable on raw herbs and herbal powder?
    GST is applicable as per the government tax. Currently, it’s 5% GST on raw herbs and herb powder.
  • How much time does it take for herbs to be dispatched?
    Raw herbs can be dispatched in 1-3 days, and for powder, it will take 3-5 days but may differ because of external circumstances. We put our best efforts into providing the material on time.
  • In how much time will herbs deliver after dispatch?
    It depends on the delivery location and chosen mode of transportation. In most cases, herbs are delivered in 3-7 days.
